OJK Organizes research seminar webinars on the theme “Holistic Leadership and Digital Talent Development in Indonesia Financial Industry” which was opened by the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of OJK, Nurhaida and discussants of the research seminar, namely Dr. Lesley Goh, Senior Technology Advisor, World Bank, Dr. Miguel Soriano, Senior Upstream Officer, International Finance Corporation, Mr. Malik Khan Kotadia, Co-Founder and Chairman of Finnovation Labs, Singapore and moderated by Dr. Danny Ardianto, Public Policy & Government Relations Manager, Google, Dr. Haryanto T. Budiman, Chairman of the Indonesian Bankers Association (THERE) and Managing Director of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk, and Brother Dima Djani, CEO Alami.
Research topics consist of 3 (three) part ie :
- Financial Services Industry Digital Talent Development Framework and Strategy
- Holistic Leadership Development Framework and Strategy in the Financial Services Industry
- Review of Social Fintech Models and their Development Strategy in Indonesia.
The three researches that have been carried out by OJKI using mixed method (quantitative and qualitative) through a systems thinking approach (systems thinking), literature review, benchmarking analysis, ease benefit matrix, dan paired comparison.
In exploring problems and seeking input, in total all three of these researches have been conducted 20 kali Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with 30 resource persons from various stakeholders. other than that, in total this research also conducted a survey to 178 respondents from banking and fintech leaders who have carried out digital transformation.
